Owner, Mark Frashier, has been building and renovating custom homes since 1998. In his 20 years of experience he has developed the ability to help his clients turn their concepts into reality. He can recognize the most subtle details to create something that is truly one of a kind in each of his builds.

Mark Frashier is a local Lotawana resident. He began his career with a small cabin remodel in L block. From small cabins to expansive custom homes, Mark has always excelled in solving the complexities that come with building on the varied property lots. His work ethic and attention to detail have led the way as Mark Frashier Construction, now WaterfrontKC, has grown over the last 23 years. In his down time, Mark can be found cheering on his two teenagers, Myah and Tye, at their numerous sporting events or enjoying an occasional cocktail cruise with his wife, Sarah. He dreams of retiring someday to his own catamaran and sailing away with Sarah.
