Waterfront KC is a custom home building, renovation, and concierge services company specializing in lakefront properties throughout the Kansas City area. Led by owners Kasey and Chad Green, Waterfront KC brings together a seasoned team with more than 75 years of combined experience across residential construction, project management, design coordination, and client services. Our team has planned, built, renovated, and cared for some of the area’s most distinctive lake homes, and we take pride in doing the work the right way.
